The Home Health Care Department at Thonburi Thawi Watthana Hospital is ready to care for your loved ones at home. Our experienced team of doctors and nurses reduces the burden of travel to the hospital, minimizes the risk of infection, and provides peace of mind as if a medical team were closely monitoring your condition. We continuously monitor symptoms and coordinate with the attending physician immediately if any changes occur.

Suitable for:

• Bedridden patients with limited or no self-care abilities.
• Elderly individuals requiring continuous home care.
• Terminally ill patients requiring palliative care.
• Individuals requiring ongoing medical procedures but unable to travel to the hospital.

Scope of Service:

We provide comprehensive home healthcare services to meet all your needs:

1. Nursing Procedures:

• Changing Foley Catheters and Nasogastric Feeding Tubes.
• Caring for pressure sores, chronic wounds, or surgical wounds.
• Blood draws and injections as per physician's orders.

2. Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy:

• Physical therapy for rehabilitation.
• Chest physiotherapy and suctioning.

3. Consultation Services:

• Providing health and home care advice for relatives and caregivers.

Home Visit Packages and Rates:

Home visits are planned based on the patient's condition and needs. We offer the following service teams:

Team A:

• Team Members: Physician + Nurse + Nursing Assistant
• Home Visit Fee (per visit): 1,500 THB

Team B:

• Team Members: Physician + Nurse + Nursing Assistant
• Home Visit Fee (per visit): 1,500 THB
